I have a few people who work outside of our organization at a client who use iNotes. This client also uses Domino and I know they have a Proxy, we don't have a Proxy.
My problem is that none of these users can upload a file when sending an email. I'm not an expert on Proxy servers and we don't use one ourself.
I also have other users who work at another client who don't run Domino, but also have a Proxy, and they can send attachments just fine.
Is there something I should do from my side to allow these people to send attachments, or are the Proxy settings on the client's machine preventing them from sending attachments through iNotes.
Any advice will be greatly eppreciated.
Thanks in advance!
